ABOUT ME
I am a classically trained artist. My work always aims to inspire. What my work inspires does shift from awe, beauty, a sense of antiquity or fear etc. depending on the project. I’ve worked in media from welding to clay, painting to printmaking, pencil to digital, and most everything in between.

My passion for movies, books, history, comics, special effects, sculpture, art, life, and everything about them has carried over into my work. It all started at an early age when I saw 1933’s King Kong as a kid. Comedy & horror has also been a great influence for me and my work.
I’ve been doing gallery shows for close to 20 years. First piece I ever sold was a 3-foot steel rose I sold to Halliburton. I’ve earned National sculptor awards and scholarships.

WHAT I'VE DONE
I have worked every side of production art and fabrication. I have contributed to the creation of various creatures, costumes, miniatures, set pieces and props. Done work for live action and animated feature film projects, as well as theatrical. Designed and fabricated work for companies. Over seen and directed the designs for pitches and feature film projects.

I have met and worked with some talent professionals and always come away learning something from them. Worked on and built vehicles for Disney Star Wars films and theme park attractions with my mentor as his apprentice.

Work at Uncharted Frontier Productions has earned over a dozen screenings and awards won for it's premier short film Daydream in 2019 - 2020 in the international film festival circuit; from Austin Texas (where it sold out two theaters at the Alamo Drafthouse and took Best Horror Film) to Rome Italy & Tokyo Japan, just to name a few.
WHAT I DO
Realization: Taking things from concept to a final product. Be it visualizing a creature, building a space ship, pre to post production work, it all relies on my creativity and problem solving.

Using my knowledge of art, drawing from my passions, and utilizing my technical skills I provide impactfull works of quality. In my consulting on projects, from concept design to technical execution, communication and understanding is important.

I appreciate the practical aspects of creative projects: contacting and coordinating talent, professional staff, studios, and financing, building pitch packages and legal paperwork. I value my communication skills face to face to emcee duties and conventions.
